Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Casa Vital provides cleaning, elderly care (non-medical), and fitness services.  By booking you agree to our refund, cancellation, and privacy policies.

2. Payments

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed.  Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancelations and Refunds

Cancelations must be made within the stated timeframes per service branch.  No-shows are non-refundable.  Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Liability

Casa Vital is not liable for indirect damages or injuries beyond the scope of our services.  Elderly care services exclude medical treatment.  Fitness clients must consult a physician before starting exercise.

5. Changes

Casa Vital reserves the right to update services, pricing, and policies at any time.
